INTER COMMUNITY CHALLENGE 2008
A warm welcome to all members and guests to the new Lochalsh Flotilla Yacht Club web site. It is hoped to keep the site more up to date with the extra help of some members but we are always looking for more, so if you wish to help or even run the web site, get in touch.
With the full season ahead of us and some decent weather lets hope for a trouble free and exciting race season.
We are introducing a new starting procedure (staggered, hic!) and more info can be found in the news page.
LOCHALSH FLOTILLA ESTABLISHED 2003
The season starts with the Lochalsh Open on the 26th of April and ends with the Friendly Isle Trophy on the 23rd August. The race to Rona is on the 20th of June and the non points scoring Plockton race is on the 2nd of August. Portree are organising this years Inter Community Challenge as you can see below.
This year the Portree yacht club will host the Inter Community Challenge. The race will be in and around Portree. Details yet to be finalised. See News page for further details.
